Joined as co-director in 2022. Johnny runs bathroom installations and larger project work, the person our clients speak to when they want one team managing plumbing, tiling and electrics under a single fixed price.

Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating Direct was founded in 2020 by Oliver Varndell-Dawes, an engineer with a decade of hands-on experience and a stubborn belief that homeowners deserve better than half-explanations and moving prices. In 2022 he was joined by co-director Johnny Ayris, and together they've grown the business into a five-engineer team operating out of Carterton.
We work for homeowners with a dripping tap, landlords with a compliance deadline, letting agents managing dozens of properties, and developers on new-build sites.
