This privacy policy explains how Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating Direct Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses information you provide when contacting us or using this website. We are a data controller registered in England and Wales.

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you give us, typically your name, phone number, email address, postcode, and a description of the job. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via server logs and analytics.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide a quotation
- To arrange visits, complete jobs and issue certificates (e.g. CP12s, Benchmark)
- To manage warranties, service reminders and follow-up correspondence
- To comply with our legal obligations (Gas Safe records, HMRC, insurance)
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent for marketing communications, on legitimate interest for responding to enquiries and improving our service, and on legal obligation for regulated records.
Sharing your data
We never sell your data. We share it only with the sub-processors that let us run our business (email providers, accounting software, and manufacturer warranty registration such as Vaillant and Worcester Bosch), and with regulators or insurers where legally required.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months. Records of completed jobs (invoices, certificates, warranties) are retained for a minimum of 7 years in line with HMRC and Gas Safe requirements.
